Psychology graduates have gone onto most of the public sector schemes including Police Now, NHS Graduate Development Programme, Civil Service Fast Stream, the Local Government scheme. They have also moved onto a lot of private sector schemes (mostly in HR / learning and development type roles) including McLaren, PWC and Natwest.
